Starry Provides Discounted Computers To Subscribers Through PCs For People Partnership

At Starry, we have a singular mission: connect as many people as possible to affordable, reliable home internet access. In today’s economy, internet access is the modern equivalent of roads and bridges; the internet connects us to just about everything we need.

But having internet connectivity at home is only useful if you have a laptop, computer or tablet that can get you to where you want to go online for school, work or fun.

Starting this month in Denver, we are partnering with PCs for People to provide steeply discounted computers to eligible households signing up for Starry Connect, our ultra-low-cost broadband program for public and affordable housing communities. When a resident subscribes for our Starry Connect service, they will be provided with an additional $25 discount code redeemable in person, online or by phone towards the purchase of a computer or laptop.

This new partnership program is now available to nearly 1,000 households across the Denver Housing Authority and Englewood’s Innovative Housing Concepts communities and is expected to expand to additional cities later this year.
